Daryl's Essentials in Magic - Sponge Balls

I really like this DVD. There is a lot of material of value--preparation, moves, tricks, subtleties, performance theory..and it goes beyond sponge balls. It's well worth the money, and I'm very glad I bought it.

One of the first tricks I bought when I started in magic was the manuscript for the "Passe Passe Sponge balls," from Magic, Inc. It's taught on this DVD, and it alone is worth the price.

I bought another sponge ball DVD last Christmas. It didn't have anywhere near the material this DVD has. And I think Daryl is a much better teacher.

For quality of production, clarity of instruction, and amount of material included, it's a great value. If you have any interest in sponge balls--even if you are familiar with sponge ball magic already--I don't see how you could go wrong. And if you are new to magic, you will learn things that will save you a lot of time and wasted effort--again, I'm not just talking about sponge balls. You will get a lot for your $12.

Daryl deserves his reputation as a great teacher. I'm thinking about buying other offerings in this series, on the basis of this one.
