We ship your order by First Class Air Mail with the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Orders within the US generally arrive in 2-4 days.  International shipments average 10-14 days but can be quite a bit faster or more rarely, take just a bit longer.

We guarantee that all items will be in stock unless specified otherwise on the site. Many times we will be able to ship your order the same day you placed it. You can check on the status of your shipment anytime by logging into your account.

Downloadable Products

Our electronic downloads are delivered electronically and are made available instantly upon purchase. Simply log in to your account if you were unable to download immediately after your purchase. If you are unable to locate your instant download(s), please contact us using the form on the site.

Our Return Policy

All eMagic Supply items are covered by a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason simply contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Downloadable items do not need to be returned. Physical goods must be returned at the customer's expense in resalable condition to avoid a 25% restocking fee.
